I hear this a lot and you can believe it if you want to. But, I’m guessing that Coke, McDonald’s, Nike, and Apple may know something you don’t. They’re all great success stories and they never cut back on their advertising. Word of Mouth is wonderful… if you do a great job, your clients may mention it to someone in passing. If you have an off night, you can bet your customers will let a handful of people know that as well (it simply makes for a more interesting story).
